Welcome to Nudori. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from Nudori Intimates (“Nudori”, “we”, “us”). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site.
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping only. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content, interfering with other customers, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or restrict access if these Terms are breached.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorised to use the chosen payment method.
We do our best to display colours, textures and fit accurately, but screens vary and slight differences may occur. Sizing information — including our Size Guideand in-page recommendations — is guidance, not a guarantee of fit. If you're between sizes, our care team is happy to help before you order.
Dispatch and delivery estimates are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays outside our control can occur. All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with confidential billing.
We offer 15-day returns and free size exchanges on eligible items. For hygiene reasons, certain intimates (such as pasties and adhesive products) can only be returned if unopened or defective. Full details and exclusions are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Please follow the care and application instructions included with each product — especially for adhesive items. Discontinue use if you experience irritation. Nudori isn't responsible for damage arising from use contrary to the provided instructions.
You're responsible for keeping your account details and device secure, and for activity that occurs under your account. Please make sure your saved addresses and contact details are current before ordering.
All content on this site — the Nudori name, logo, photography, copy, and designs — belongs to Nudori Intimates or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Your privacy matters to us — how we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Nudori is registered, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes — though we'd much rather resolve things with you directly first.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
