Returns & exchanges
Fit is everything — so if something isn't right, you have 15 days from delivery for a return or a free size exchange. Items should be unworn and unwashed, with tags and hygiene liners intact.
Because our products are intimates, pasties, adhesive bras and similar skin-contact items can only be returned if they're unopened in their sealed pouch — or if they arrive defective, in which case we'll replace or refund them no matter what. Shapewear and non-adhesive styles follow the standard 15-day policy.

We arrange a doorstep pickup in most areas, or share a prepaid label where pickup isn't available.
